Air Conditioning System Energy Efficiency Upgrade and System Refurbishment

Mission :

To refurbish and upgrade the existing building air conditioning system and restore comfort conditions whilst optimising energy efficiency.

Solution :

The office air conditioning system installed in FNBs office building was 25 years old and in need of replacement. The opportunity was taken to completely refurbish and upgrade the existing systems using a highly energy efficient design for the ventilation, cooling and heating of the building.

Key to the commissioning of the new systems is a web based control system that provides 24/7 access to actual building performance and facilitates on going control improvements to optimise energy saving.
