Chiller Plant Replacement

Mission :

To replace the existing 25 year old air cooled chillers with new energy efficient units without interruption of cooling to the data centre

Solution:

The replacement chillers were rigged in one by one. Commissioning of each chiller involved precommissioning the piping and pumps and chiller off line to establish operability. This included pressure testing, flushing and all controls and power testing to ensure systems were snag free prior to opening up each chiller and associated chilled water systems to the main system.
